Sentience Counselling Services is a Calgary-based counselling practice offering trauma-, attachment-, and anxiety-focused therapy. My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and integrates evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, and somatic therapies.

I provide online individual counselling for adults and adolescents (Age 15+) across Alberta, including those seeking trauma therapy and IFS therapy in Calgary. My approach is compassionate and trauma-informed, with a focus on creating a space where you feel supported, understood, and respected as we work at your pace.
